Description
In this decade of increasing conflict in everyday life, what can and should doctors do if they cannot reach agreement across teams and disciplines about treatment plans for the management of complex patients? What are their ethical and legal obligations? These questions are more frequently encountered with the increasing availability of possible life-prolonging therapies with ever-growing capacities constraints. In this case-driven panel discussion, a multidisciplinary faculty will discuss possible options and shed light on ethical and legal aspects when dealing with these situations.
Learning Objective 1

Learning Objective 2
